Philippine Airlines

Established in 1935, Philippine Airlines is the flag carrier of the Philippines. The airline is headquartered in Pasay City and has its main hub at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila. It also has its secondary hubs at Mactan Cebu International Airport and Clark International Airport. Its frequent flyer program, Mabuhay Miles, offers various flight privileges and comes in four categories.

The airline has a fleet size of 55 aircraft (Jan 2017) which includes both wide-body and narrow body aircraft. Philippine Airlines serves 8 domestic and 56 international destinations across 30 countries which include Australia, China, Egypt, Japan, Israel, US and some of the major European and South-East Asian countries.

Check-In

Philippine Airlines web check-in allows travelers to select their seats and subsequently have their boarding passes printed. But this facility doesn't cater for travelers requiring special assistance at the airport. This is also not available for some specific routes. Online check-in is available from 24 hours prior to the flight departure to 60 minutes prior to the take-off.
